Step 1: Solid-Liquid Separation

Step 2: High-Temperature Composting & Fermentation

Step 3: Crushing and Mixing

Once fully composted, the material often clumps together. The compost is then fed into a fertilizer crusher to break it up, then into a horizontal mixer, and finally into a pig manure fertilizer molding machine for shaping.

Step 4: Granulation (Pelletizing)

While some clients prefer a powder organic fertilizer production line, most commercial markets demand uniform pellets. Step 5: Drying and Cooling

Step 6: Screening and Packaging

The final step in our pig manure fertilizer manufacturing plant is quality control. A rotary screener separates dust and oversized pellets (which are sent back for re-granulation). The perfect pellets are then automatically weighed and bagged, ready for sale.
