Composting & Fermentation

Organic waste is gathered into windrows or fermentation tanks. A compost turner aerates the material, accelerating fermentation and killing harmful bacteria.

Crushing

Fermented materials are fed into a semi-wet material crusher to achieve a fine powder, ensuring smooth granulation.

Mixing

The crushed powder is blended with a horizontal mixer. This is where you can add beneficial bacteria or other trace elements to enrich the fertilizer.

Granulation (Pelletizing)

The mixed material is sent to the organic fertilizer pellet machine. Through continuous rotation and moisture control, the powder aggregates into solid, round pellets.

Drying & Cooling

Pellets contain high moisture after granulation. A rotary drum dryer removes excess moisture, followed by a rotary cooler that brings the temperature down to harden the pellets.
