Composting & Fermentation

Organic waste is gathered into windrows or fermentation tanks. A compost turner aerates the material, accelerating fermentation and killing harmful bacteria.

Crushing

Fermented materials are fed into a semi-wet material crusher to achieve a fine powder, ensuring smooth granulation.

Mixing

The crushed powder is blended with a horizontal mixer. This is where you can add beneficial bacteria or other trace elements to enrich the fertilizer.

Granulation (Pelletizing)

The mixed material is sent to the organic fertilizer pellet machine. Through continuous rotation and moisture control, the powder aggregates into solid, round pellets.

Drying & Cooling

Pellets contain high moisture after granulation. A rotary drum dryer removes excess moisture, followed by a rotary cooler that brings the temperature down to harden the pellets.

Screening

A rotary screening machine separates standard pellets from dust or oversized granules (which are sent back for re-crushing and re-granulation).

Coating (Optional)

Pellets are coated to prevent caking and improve their appearance.

Packaging

An automatic packing scale precisely weighs and bags the final product for distribution.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is the estimated Organic Fertilizer Granulation Plant Cost?

The Organic Fertilizer Granulation Plant Cost varies depending on the capacity you need (e.g., 1 ton/hour vs. 10 tons/hour), the specific raw materials, and the configuration of the machines. A basic, small-scale line can start around a few tens of thousands of dollars, while large, fully automated plants will require a higher investment. Contact us for a precise, customized quote based on your site.

To optimize your organic fertilizer production line cost, we recommend accurately assessing your raw material moisture content before purchasing equipment. Proper pre-fermentation reduces the burden on drying equipment, significantly saving on fuel and electricity. We provide tailored layout designs to minimize conveyor lengths and optimize factory space.

If you are processing pure animal manure, the New Type Organic Fertilizer Granulator is highly recommended for its strength and spherical pellet output. For smaller budgets or mixed materials, a Disc Granulator offers great flexibility and easy operation.
