1. Windrow Compost Turner
This self-propelled crawler turner handles a pile width of 1.5 m and height of 0.8 m. Powered by a 7.5 kW motor, it turns roughly 400-500 kg of material per hour.
2. Semi-Wet Crusher
After curing, the compost is still lumpy. This high-torque crusher with wear-resistant hammers reduces it to powder below 3 mm at a throughput of 500-800 kg/h.
3. Horizontal Mixer
A 2.2 kW single-shaft ribbon mixer blends the crushed compost with dried banana stem powder, a pinch of zeolite, and a microbial inoculant.
4. Disc Granulator

5. Rotary Dryer & Cooler (Optional Compact Unit)
