1. Solid-Liquid Separation & Pre-Conditioning
Collected goose manure first passes through a screw press separator, reducing excess moisture from 85% down to around 60%. The liquid fraction is stored for biogas or liquid fertilizer, while the solid fraction proceeds to composting.
2. Aerobic Fermentation with Groove-Type Turner
The mixture enters a concrete fermentation groove where a Gexin groove-type compost turner regularly agitates and oxygenates the pile. This rapid aerobic composting equipment accelerates decomposition, killing weed seeds and pathogens within 10–14 days.
3. Fine Crushing and Mixing
After fermentation, the semi-dry material moves to a semi-wet material crusher, which breaks down lumps into a fine powder of less than 2 mm. Then a horizontal double-shaft mixer blends the powder with beneficial microbial inoculants and trace elements.
4. High-Efficiency Granulation
Instead of outdated disc pan granulators, this line uses a new-type organic fertilizer granulation machine. The Gexin stirring-tooth granulator creates spherical pellets with a diameter of 3–5 mm, achieving a granulation rate above 95%.
5. Drying, Cooling, and Hardening
Fresh granules still contain about 20% moisture. A rotary drum dryer fueled by a clean-burning biomass hot air furnace reduces moisture to below 10%. This integrated drying-cooling system is what sets a professional organic fertilizer making machine apart from makeshift lines.
6. Screening and Coating
Cooled pellets pass through a rotary drum screener. On-size granules (2–4 mm) are collected as finished product, oversize material is crushed and returned to granulation, and fine powder is recycled back to mixing.
7. Automatic Bagging and Palletizing
Finally, finished organic fertilizer granules enter an automatic quantitative packing scale. Bags ranging from 5 kg to 50 kg are filled, heat-sealed, and conveyed for palletizing.
